A Day at Disneyland, September 1964 (pt. 2)

Today, the family is hanging out with one of the Three Little Pigs AND the Big Bad Wolf. Looks like they are standing near the Red Wagon Inn (one year before it would become the Plaza Inn).

The family also journeyed over the Rivers of America for a nice view of the Old Mill, the Rafts, and of course, the Mark Twain on the left. Stay tuned for more pics tomorrow!

See more vintage and contemporary Disneyland photos at my main website.

The group of kids around the Big Bad Wolf better beware as he may try to eat them all. Great series of posts...I look forward to more.

I was always too shy to meet the characters when I was a little kid. Pathetic, no?

The old version of costumed characters is pretty scary, with their huge heads! That blonde girl looks a little wary of the pig.

The Old Mill looks amazing with a the foliage surrounding it and on top if the roof. They should change the current version to look more like the one in the picture, and Imagineer it to change for Fantasmic.
